  I came to Dr Cooper after she was highly recommended to me by my PCP, but not only has she not resolved my issues after several months, she has made no effort to do so. When I first met her, she was convinced that my symptoms were carpal tunnel, which surprised me given that I rarely do anything that would cause it. After my insistence that that probably wasn't it, she reluctantly asked for a second neurologist to conduct an electromyography test, which ultimately proved I don't have carpal tunnel. We then did blood tests. Since this first appointment there's been no communication with me about next steps even after I have called and emailed asking for more information and was promised a response. I only found out that I was supposed to do some MRIs when my insurance company called to tell me they had found a different location for me to be tested at. After I got the MRIs taken, her office called a few days later and said the results came back negative (for what, I'm not sure). There's was nothing about following up to try other paths nor the offer to further discuss the results. Six months later I still have the same symptoms and have no idea what to do next.
