What is missing is that they will not entertain an appointment for you if you've had surgery before. I just moved to the area and was recently denied an appointment to check up on my knee which has been causing a lot of NEW problems (which I happened to be discharged from the military for) and was rejected because once upon a time 2 YEARS AGO I had surgery. Something doesn't calculate.
